Racing Support Program for 2008
To facilitate member racing enthusiasts, TBi announces the Racing
Support Program for 2008 (RSP). It is meant to help focus
and encourage teamwork as well as reward those people who race often
and incur significant traveling costs in this endeavor.
 | To be eligible, the person must be a member in good
standing with their 2008 dues paid.

| To be eligible, the person must agree to ride all
events, even those not covered by RSP07, in the TBi
Jersey.
|
| A "Racing Day" is just that - one day no matter how
many events one might participate in. If multiple events
are entered and finished, the participant may chose
which one he/she wishes to be compensated for. All their
racing, however, still counts for participation
"bonuses."

| Unless one is pulled by the officials or has a
verifiable and witnessed mechanical, an event must be
finished to count for either compensation or
participation.

| Race winnings are expected to be shared among TBi
members in the appropriate race with the winner of the
money taking a double share.
|
| Each recipient of TBi Money must work on at least
ONE TBi project during 2007 or lose any payouts owed and
the ability to be paid in the next calendar year.
|
| Recipients of TBi money agree to give TBi 120 days
notice of intent to join another team and during that
time will not receive any TBi RSP07 money.
|
| All participation must be reported via ROY.
Reporting must be within 15 days of event. Payment is
quarterly.
|
| To qualify for Event Participation Bonuses, an event
must have at least 4 non-TBi competitors
|
| Multi-member bonus's must have all participants
submit to ROY to qualify.
|
| TBi events do not qualify for payout. Only ROY
points.
|
| ROY/RSP ends 10/31 |
TXBRA Races 10.00 per race - Bonus- 50.00 for top 10%
finishes in a TX-cup race having >10 non-team
participants 5.00/racer Bonus for races with 4+ team
members racing in the same event
USAC Races - not including mid-week crits 10.00 per
race - Bonus- 5.00/racer for races with 4+ team members
racing in the same event
Rallies - 10.00 per event 10 rally max payout Must be
wearingcurrent team jersey
ROY Points :
-2 points race
-3 points place in a race
-1 point rally (double Rally points if 10+ TBi
Jerseys submit for ROY)
-1 point to work a race 1 point to Lead/Marshal a
Wednesday/Sunday team ride (must Volunteer at meeting)
